Catering for 200 events a year the motivation to cater is driven by the charity Poncho supports – 4Tk Australia.
4Tk is a not-for-profit organisation that cares for disadvantaged and at-risk youth. Based in Ringwood in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, 4Tk operates a youth facility and delivers programs to engage youth, including a pre-employment training program.
The Founder of 4Tk – Ricky Hall, was a chef and his expertise has now turned to Mexican Food – with much success.
